Reyan Hai brings a background that spans banking, financial markets, treasury, and education. Before founding Finpros Conseil, he spent seven years in corporate and investment banking — working across trade and pricing and treasury — which shaped his understanding of finance from both a market and business perspective.
For the past seven years, his career has also been rooted in education, teaching accounting, finance, economics, and taxation. That experience shaped a core belief: financial concepts aren't hard to understand — they're just not always explained clearly.
That belief is what led him to found Finpros Conseil — bringing together his finance background and teaching experience to make financial knowledge practical and approachable, and to help people understand the why behind financial decisions. He's especially passionate about financial literacy, coaching, taxation, and helping newcomers navigate the Canadian financial system.
